TMDC is back!!!

At first I wasnt too sure of the artwork but, knowing how they are, I was sure to expect them to knock the dust off my socks.This is a bit more ambitious of a release. There are more fluctuations on the types of elements they have blended. The American influence is still there with its Nile and Slipknot (yes, its more obvious this time but, I think they got that from Gorefest ;) ) coated with a bigger active role from Keyboardist Carsten Altena. One can expect to hear subtle but, not overtaking hints of Rammstein and Enigma with their Techno-ish flavor. Death Metal is still the rule for these guys, however so, do not allow the above comparisons to drive you away. Track #2, "Wrath of the Baath" is a fucking bestial display of talent and I love the shit out of it. #6, "I Spew Thee Out of My Mouth" is a more forward galloping of a 1,000 demon horses trampling epically over posers and assholes with Metallica shirts- At least in my head it does! Awesome song indeed. I only could not get into the more Bethlehem feeling I got from #3, "Kindertodeslied" as it took me a bit far from the feeling that the rest of the material offers, the last track, "Den Ensomme Nordens Dronning" takes that a bit further with clean, melodic vocals mixed with some Black Metal screeches and death grunts plus a whopping playing time of over 14 minutes. This, to me is the low point of the CD as it does rip the enjoyment out of the listening of the rest of this death slab. However be mindful, this is still a Death song and not a mariachi serenade for your girlfriend.

The future is looking darkly bright for these guys... Hail!!!!!!!!!
