9. Prayer of Desecration It sure as fuck is late to review this at it was released back in 2002 but, who has time to hear everything? This is a kick ass Black Thrash which recalls the bygone styles of Exorcist, Razor, older Destruction stuff (like Eternal Devastation era!). All the songs revolve around the evil lord and blasphemy in very 80's terms, no true satanic chanting here but, it sure evocates unholiness within, my Metal brothers. The more outstanding tracks for me were "Under Satan's Spell", "Hell's Triumph", the very Motorhead sounding "The Ripper's Return", (what is it why this fever of Motorhead in Scandinavians? Heck, even Abbath from Immortal is on a Motorhead cover band nowadays). "Rise of The Antichrist" is a hell of a thrashing album that truly has a close approximation of the speedy satanic metal of the mid 80's. A great throwback to denim and leather. 9/10
