Holland wasn't a very active place for good Metal in the mid-1980's, not at least for bands releasing actual LPs. Mandator while attemping to fight for the now very rusty Metal crown was not as bad as I heard so many people say. They threaded heavily on the style of German speed metal/thrash metal but was by no means at all a band to toss aside. This 1988 release was actually their second LP. Their first came in 1986 under the title "The Rules Have Been Disturbed". I like this second LP a lot better because they had a better and tighter performance on the songs. This can be comparable to Iron Angel, Assassin and the Iron Maiden-ish stuff of early Helloween. While I know of this not having been re- released as of recently(there was word of it been bootlegged in Russia), you can try GEMM or Ebay for availablility.
