So it finally came in the mail today! I ordered this demo tape after hearing the 2 tracks posted at Storming Death Music's site and was immediately hooked. I simply just had to hear this.

Evil Witch is a 2 man band from Suomi, Finland who specializes in true Heavy Metal. The best thing about this demo is that they KNOW their sources of inspiration: early Mercyful Fate (Nuns Have no Fun EP), Witchfinder General.. you get the picture...Total NWOBHM. Do listen to 2 tracks posted at http://www.stormingdeath.com/index3.html Sound is good, performance is good. As in the case of Sweden's Witchcraft who are said to have been born 30+ years too late in their career so, it is the case here. This is a great solid display of the newer brand of warriors that are discovering and preserving a type of music that had been forgotten .
